Sarah is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a Master’s of Public Health & Nutrition from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Sarah has experience in community health, public health and the corporate wellness sector, having spent time on the Nike campus working with their food service systems, menu planning and counseling employees on diet and weight loss. Sarah believes that food is truly the fuel to nourish our bodies, and we shares ways to get in tune with the nutrients our bodies need.
She enjoys being outside with her husband, Edwin, trying new restaurants, developing new recipes, and long distance running. Sarah has run four half marathons, and is training for her first marathon.
